Matt is a Research Associate at the K. Lisa Yang and Hock E. Tan Institute on Employment and Disability at Cornell University. He is Co-PI on the NYS Developmental Disabilities Planning Council Grant “Youth Reentering the Community through Opportunity, Networking, Navigation, Education, Collaboration, and Transition Support.” His other projects include helping design Cornell’s cultural competency and WIOA readiness self-assessment survey for VR practitioners in New York State, the collaborative network study for NYS PROMISE, and the Out-of-School Youth Toolkit for Y-TAC. At Cornell, he is a co-lecturer for undergraduate courses, including Disability Law and Global Comparative Disability Policy, and teaching associate for a distance learning class on Mass Incarceration. Matt was a 2015-16 U.S. Department of State Fulbright Scholar in the eastern Caribbean.
